Dear Sylvia,

Please find attached my letter to URA.  As I explained to you, my project of business in financial consultancy services finally never took place due to Kysma reassignment to Chad.  I did apply for a work permit class F (professionals) and got the approval but it was never issued since I called and cancelled due to our coming relocation.

I apology for any inconvenient this situation has caused and would like to greet and thanks MM. John Kairale and Alex Newman for their assistance in this matter.
